Day 1-2 Hikkaduwa
visit Tortoise conservation center at Kosgoda and Marks Museum at Ambalangoda the Turtle hatchery which is being operated by the Wild Life Protection Society of Sri Lanka.
The reef begins close to the fishing harbor and extends south around 4km. It plays an important role in protecting the coast from sea erosion.The main reef itself is a typical fringing coral reef with a shallow crest and in a sheltered lagoon with an average depth of less than 2m.Around 60 species of hard coral have been recorded there along with over 170 species of reef fish. Large stands of cabbage-like Montipora corals and small stands of branching Acropora corals can be found, along with boulder type and encrusting corals. The reef was particularly well known for its colorful branching and table corals.
Day 3 Tissamaharama
Visit Yala National park, evening safari in the National park and later visit Temple of Katharagama .and stay at hotel in Tissamaharama
the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka. The park consists of five blocks, two of which are now open to the public, and also adjoining parks. The blocks have individual names such as, Ruhuna National Park (block 1) and Kumana National Park or ‘Yala East’
Day 4-7 Galle
The Galle fort is a world heritage site and is the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers. Madu Ganga(Revere safari is a lagoon with hundreds of islands providing an idyllic setting for a well spent holiday and loads of authentic traditional settings.
